USER AGREEMENT FOR THE SPYDOTA SITE. Version 19.12.2025
ATTENTION! Please read this User Agreement before you start using the site spydota.com and its software.
Registration (authorization) on the site will mean your agreement with the terms of this User Agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms of this User Agreement, do not register (do not authorize) on the site and do not use its software.
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
In this User Agreement, unless the text clearly indicates otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- Steam, Steam Service — The online service offered by Valve Corporation, which is the rights holder to the Inventory Items.
- Owner — The owner and administrator of the SpyDota Service.
- Inventory — The ability to use one of the objects listed in the Case in accordance with the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
- Case — A virtual object on the Site containing a specific set of Inventory Items, available for the User to receive.
- Personal Account — A set of secure pages of the Site created as a result of the User's registration, using which the User has the opportunity to use all or some of the functional capabilities of the Site.
Access to the Personal Account is carried out in the following order:- clicking the "Sign in via Steam" button on the Site, after which the User will be automatically redirected to the Steam website;
- the User entering their Steam account data into a special form on the Steam website;
- or via automatic opening of the Site if the User has not previously logged out of the Personal Account.
- User — An individual who has a Steam account and has entered into this Agreement with the Owner.
- Site — Composite works representing a collection of information, texts, graphic elements, design, images, computer programs, and other intellectual property results, excluding Inventory, contained in an information system that ensures the availability of such information on the Internet within the domain zone spydota.com.
- Agreement — This User Agreement.
- Parties — The Owner and the User.
All other terms and definitions found in the text of the Agreement shall be interpreted by the Parties in accordance with the law and the customary rules for interpreting relevant terms on the Internet. The titles of the headings (articles) of the Agreement are intended solely for ease of use of the text of the Agreement and have no literal legal meaning.
2. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The text of the Agreement, permanently posted on the Internet at the network address spydota.com, is a public offer.
2.2. Proper acceptance of this offer (acceptance) is the User's sequential performance of the following actions:
2.2.1. Familiarization with the terms of the Agreement;
2.2.2. Marking the checkbox in the special field under the heading "I accept the terms of the user agreement";
2.2.3. Authorization on the Site by clicking the link "Sign in via Steam" and logging in via a Steam account.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. The Owner grants the User:
3.1.1. a free, simple (non-exclusive) license to use the SpyDota Site and its software for their intended purpose;
3.1.2. a paid, simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Case for its intended purpose. The cost of the license is indicated on the Site.
3.2. The license under clause 3.1.1 is granted for the period the Site remains accessible to the User.
3.3. The license under clause 3.1.2 is granted from the moment of payment until the moment the Inventory Item is determined using the Case.
3.4. The User is prohibited from:
3.4.1. Circumventing technical restrictions established on the Site;
3.4.2. Decompiling, disassembling the Site, Cases, and Personal Account, except in cases expressly provided by law;
3.4.3. Creating copies of the Site, Cases, Personal Account, or their design;
3.4.4. Modifying the Site, Cases, and Personal Account in any way;
3.4.5. Performing actions aimed at changing the functioning and performance of the SpyDota Service;
3.4.6. Providing access to the Personal Account to third parties.
4. FUNCTIONS OF THE SITE, CASE, AND PERSONAL ACCOUNT
4.1. Through the SpyDota Site, the User can:
4.1.1. Familiarize themselves with the contents of Cases and the cost of their use;
4.1.2. Purchase a license to use a Case.
4.2. Using a Case allows the User to receive one of the Inventory Items presented in it, which is determined automatically.
4.3. Through the Personal Account, the User can:
4.3.1. Accept the Inventory Item into their Steam account.
5. ACCEPTANCE AND ALIENATION OF INVENTORY
5.1. Within one month from the moment of receiving the Inventory Item, the User can either accept it into Steam or alienate it through the Personal Account.
5.2. Acceptance is possible subject to the User fulfilling the required settings of their Steam account and Personal Account.
5.3. To accept, it is necessary to click the "Withdraw" button in the description of the Inventory Item in the Personal Account.
5.4. To alienate, the User clicks the corresponding button in the Personal Account within one month. Inaction for one month is equated to alienation.
5.5. Prohibition on Trade Cancellation. After clicking "Withdraw" and accepting the Inventory Item into the Steam account, canceling the trade is not allowed. All appeals are considered by the support service individually and only in exceptional cases. The support service may, once, return up to 50% of the item's value to the User according to the SpyDota Service's internal exchange rate.
5.6. Repeated requests to cancel a trade after acceptance are not considered. Systematic abuse (money laundering, multi-accounts, etc.) results in account blocking and annulment of all compensations.
6. OWNER'S REMUNERATION
6.1. The User pays remuneration for using a Case in the amount indicated on the Site.
6.2. Payment is made from funds previously deposited into the Personal Account balance via payment services.
6.3. The moment of payment is considered to be the deduction of funds from the balance in the Personal Account.
6.4. Payment is made taking into account the right to a discount using bonus points (clause 5.4).
7. PERSONAL DATA
7.1. The User agrees to the processing of their personal data specified in their Steam account for the purposes of executing the Agreement, registration, providing the services of the SpyDota Service, and sending informational messages.
7.2. Consent can be withdrawn by written notification to the Owner, which entails termination of the Agreement.
7.3. The User agrees to receive advertising materials. Consent can be withdrawn.
7.4. The SpyDota Service guarantees the security of payment data processing in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. The Owner is not liable for losses caused by unlawful actions of third parties or the User's disclosure of their credentials.
8.2. The Owner is not the rights holder of the Inventory Items and does not determine the rules for their use in Steam.
8.3. The SpyDota Service is provided "AS IS". The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Site.
8.4. Technical failures on the part of the Owner or the User are recognized as force majeure circumstances.
8.5. The Owner has the right to assign rights under the Agreement, notifying the User through the Site.
8.6. The extent of the Owner's liability is limited by law.
8.7. In case of the User's violation of the Agreement, the Owner has the right to block access to the Personal Account.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE
9.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations. A claim is submitted in writing.
9.2. If a settlement cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to a court at the location of the Owner.
10. REFUND OF FUNDS
10.1. A refund of unspent funds deposited into the balance is possible subject to the technical capability of the payment system.
10.2. All purchases and activities on the SpyDota site (opening cases) are final. Spent funds are non-refundable.
11. LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF ERRORS AND VULNERABILITIES
11.1. The User is obliged to immediately report any discovered errors or vulnerabilities in the operation of the SpyDota Service.
11.2. It is prohibited to use errors to obtain benefits, as well as to disclose information about them for the purpose of causing damage.
11.3. Upon detection of the use of errors, the SpyDota Administration has the right to cancel illegally obtained valuables, cancel transactions, and block the account.
11.4. The Administration is not responsible for losses incurred by the User in connection with the use of errors.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1. The SpyDota Service is provided "as is", without any warranties.
12.2. The Administration's liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the User for one case.
12.3. If it is impossible to provide a specific Inventory Item, the Administration has the right to offer the User a similar one of its choice.
13. FINAL PROVISIONS
13.1. The Parties recognize the legal force of messages sent via authorized email addresses and the Personal Account of the SpyDota Service.
13.2. The Parties are obliged to ensure the confidentiality of data for accessing their accounts.
13.3. All actions performed through the Personal Account are considered to have been performed by the User.
13.4. The Owner has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Agreement. The new version comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Site spydota.com. Continued use of the Service means agreement with the changes.
13.5. Issues not regulated herein shall be interpreted in accordance with the law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
